Preston Tyler Ward is an actor and entrepreneur from San Jose, California. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach, in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications. In his 3rd year at Long Beach State, Preston joined the renowned Improv Troupe InterAct. The InterAct Troupe is a comedy improv team that gears their shows towards powerful social change issues such as racism, homophobia and sexual assault. 

After graduating in 2009, Preston and eight other InterAct graduates formed their own troupe called PurePraxis. A year later, The PurePraxis team was awarded a contract by the US Navy to travel to military bases around the world to perform their Sexual Assault Prevention Show. As of today, the team has performed over 900 shows in 13 countries globally and reached 270,000 Service Men and Women worldwide. 

Today, Preston helps to train new PurePraxis performers while pursuing a career in acting in the Los Angeles area. His production company ReyWard Productions creates cinematic content including the comedic web series "1/2 Grown," set to premiere in April of 2020. 

Preston also sings, writes, plays guitar and enjoys yoga, flag football and softball in Pasadena.
